Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zbigniew Grzymała

Zbigniew Grzymała, PhD, DSc, Associate Professor, works at the Institute of Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. For several years headed the Department of Economics and Finance of Local Government and the Department of Municipal and Housing Management. Key qualifications: enterprise ratio analysis; strategic analysis of the organization (creating a development strategy for the organization, especially local government units), analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of investment outlays in infrastructure, feasibility studies of investment projects, product life cycle in municipal industries, public sector economics, economic policy, spatial policy, space management, restructuring of the municipal sector (including energy transformation of municipal enterprises), ecologist, management real estate, circular economy business models. On the part of the university, he managed, among others, the project: Location at the level of local governments of support instruments for SMEs, operating on the basis of the model of multi-level management of the region.
