Dr. Petru Sandu is an Associate Professor Management and Entrepreneurship, teaching classes of Family Business, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. His research interest are focused on family business and entrepreneurship. He started a family business in his old country that has been around for the past 30 years. He has been a visiting professor in several countries, teaching in two other languages, besides English. In the spring of 2023, Petru Sandu is a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Murcia, Spain.

Roba Elbawab holds a PhD in Management, specialized in organizational behaviour and human resources management. Also, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration. She is a researcher and management lecturer for several years. Her main research interest is human resources practices, organizational performance, team learning, wellbeing and remote work.

Paulo Mourao has been awarded several times for his scientific works.
