All accepted and registered abstracts will be included in the Conference Abstract Book, which will be assigned an ISBN. Authors of full papers will have the opportunity to publish their work in several indexed international journals, including those listed in SCOPUS, Web of Science, DOAJ, and others, or as chapters in a book.
Each paper will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through CrossRef. The conference proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Google Scholar. Furthermore, every accepted and registered paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will carry an ISSN number.

Prof. Dr. Pedro Manuel do Espírito Santo
Pedro Manuel do Espírito Santo is a Portuguese academic and consultant with over 20 years of business experience. He holds a PhD in Management – Applied Decision Science (2015) and an MBA in Business Strategy. Since 2023, he has been a researcher at the Polytechnic University of Leiria, where he also teaches management and marketing courses. He is a visiting professor at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. His main research areas include digital transformation, internal marketing, and consumer behavior.
