We accept Microsoft Word formats for all conference paper submissions. Documents must follow the official author guidelines.

There is no fee for submitting an abstract. Registration fees apply only if your paper is accepted.

When is the deadline for paper submission ?

The abstract submission deadline is 27 February 2026. Full papers must be submitted within three weeks after the last day of the conference.
