Your conference registration fee includes:

  • A presentation slot (for authors) and access to all sessions
  • Certificates for participation and presentation
  • Soft copies of the Abstract Book and the Proceedings (with ISSN and DOI)
  • Publication opportunities
  • Networking with an international community
  • A free city tour; and lunch, coffee breaks, and refreshments.
  • Registration fees apply only to payments received by the indicated deadline
  • Each additional paper costs €75.

Important Note: The fee does not cover accommodation or airport transfer, and registration fees are non‑refundable in case of cancellation or non‑attendance.

Can I register more than one paper, and what is the extra paper fee?

Yes, authors may register more than one paper. The conference registration fee for each extra paper is €75.

Will I get an invitation letter for visa purposes after registration?

Yes, once your conference registration is confirmed, you can request an official invitation letter to support your visa application. The organizing team will provide it promptly.
